Direct deposit is secure, reliable and convenient. There’s no waiting in line. No driving to your local branch. Your money is automatically deposited in your account whether you’re out of town, home sick, or too busy to deposit your check.

Enrolling is easy. Just fill out our Direct Deposit Form and give it to your payroll department (or Social Security) for information.

Payroll Deduction

With payroll deduction, a portion of your paycheck is automatically deposited to an Extra Credit Union account of your choice. Setting it up is easy. Enroll in payroll deduction online or call us at (586) 276-3000 for information.

Automatic Transfer

Instead of writing checks or making manual transfers between accounts each month, you can have funds transferred automatically. Just send us your request, and we’ll set it up to fit your needs.

Automatic transfer can save you money! If you have direct deposit, and use our automatic payment option for your next Extra Credit Union loan, you may qualify for a discounted interest rate. Over time, that can add up to big savings:

• 1/4% discount on your approved loan rate, or
• 1/4% rate discount with a qualifying cash down payment (only one rate discount may apply to any one loan)
