March 16, 2009We wanted to take a moment to share with you an exciting new development to enhance your online bill pay experience. Coming March 19, Extra Credit Union is launching a new Bill Payment product–Online Bill Payment and Presentment!
Extra Credit Union's new Bill Payment and Presentment offers you the convenience of receiving, viewing, and managing your bills at the same secure online location. You'll experience all the same great features of our current bill payment product, including the convenience of 24/7 access to your bill pay information. Now, with Bill Payment and Presentment, you'll be able to:
• Set up e-mail alerts for bill arrivals, due dates, and upcoming payments
• Schedule automatic recurring payment rules for each payee
• Run payment reports and create custom reports
• Pay your bills from multiple Extra Credit Union accounts
• Payees can be categorized which makes it easy to manage your finances
• Request a year-end CD of bills and payments
• Feel confident that your bills are delivered on time, every time
If you are not a current online bill payment user, viewing your bills online will provide all the same information you get when you are paying your paper bills and writing checks, but it takes a fraction of the time. That's time saved that you can spend doing other things, like being with your family or enjoying a hobby. Bill Payment and Presentment also saves you money because you don't need to purchase stamps or checks.
Current Bill Payment Members:
• You will be unable to access your bill payment account from March 17-19
• There will be no interruption to previously scheduled payments during this downtime
• Schedule any payments that need to be processed during the downtime before March 17th
• The look and feel of the site will be changing to make navigation more user-friendly
Non Bill Payment Members:
• Bill Payment registration will be disabled from March 16th until the live date**
