Part-time Branch Member Service Representative

Description: Conducts currency and paper transactions for members and provides access to all credit union services. Coordinates and directs the provision of savings and loan services to credit union members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year experience in a related position.

Knowledge of credit union industry and philosophy required.

Above average verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with and convey information to individuals in person and over the phone.

Average computational skills with knowledge of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and decimals, fractions, rations and/or percentages.

Average computer literacy.

Above average member service skills.

Average analytical and decision-making abilities.

Ability to function independently and plan/organize/schedule individual workload.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
