Board Election Nominations

Extra Credit Union will have two seats on our Board of Directors up for re-election in 2010 at our Annual Meeting in March. All members are welcome to nominate another member or themselves for one of these positions by submitting a petition with a minimum of 100 valid signatures from Extra Credit Union members in good standing no later than December 16, 2009.

According the Extra Credit Union’s bylaws, if only one person is nominated for each director position, no ballots will be mailed and no nominations will be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. In that case, the nominees will be elected by acclamation. If more than three candidates are nominated and an election is required, official ballots will be mailed to all members in January 2010.
