So, Extra Credit Union designed our services and capabilities to bring you incredible account convenience and accessibility:

Automatic payments:
Set up automatic payments so you never forget to pay a bill again. Avoid fees, maintain your credit and stay on top of your responsibilities. This no-fee service enables you to set up automatic loan payments and other payments for your mortgage, rent, utilities, etc.

Automatic transfer:
Jump-start your personal savings plan by setting up automatic transfers. Funds automatically transfer to your savings account on a consistent basis to help you save toward a goal, whether it’s a car, dream vacation or new home. Have funds transferred automatically instead of writing checks or manually transferring money between accounts each month. Simply choose your savings account, when you’d like funds transferred each month and the amount of money to transfer—we’ll handle the rest {easy peasy}. You can even set up this function to automatically pay on your Extra Credit Union loan every month.

Please note: As a security precaution, please do not include personal identifiable information such as account numbers or your Social Security number in your email. Contact information such as name, address, phone number, and your preferred method of contact are permissible.

Direct deposit:
Conveniently and automatically deposit your paycheck, pension check, Social Security, and other income into your account through direct deposit (download the application form). No need to deal with paper checks, drive to Extra Credit Union or wait in line to deposit your check. This service is secure, reliable, convenient, and free. Plus, funds are immediately accessible—whether you’re out of town, sick and stranded on the couch or just too busy to deposit your check.

Enrolling is easy. Just fill out a direct deposit form and give it to your company’s payroll department or to Social Security {send it in or drop it off at a local Social Security Office}—and you’re on your way.

eEndorse (Docusign):
Did you know that you might be able to close on your Extra Credit Union loan from the convenience of your home or even on the go {i.e. your mobile device or tablet}? Our DocuSign service allows members to sign loan documents electronically using an email and passcode that they select. Most loans are eligible for this service. It’s just another way we’re bringing updated technology and convenience to our awesome members!
