Through working with GreenPath, you can receive personalized answers to your financial questions and concerns on topics including:

Managing your debt
You’re not alone if you’re having difficulty paying your bills or staying current on credit cards. At Extra Credit Union, we offer our members debt management services, many of which are free, that can bring financial relief.
GreenPath counselors will contact your creditors on your behalf to negotiate concessions and/or work out loan payment agreements. Credit card companies typically will agree to lower your interest, eliminate fees and cease collection activity.
Certified financial counselors are available from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. (EST) Monday-Thursday, from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
