ECU Takes Precautions Against The Coronavirus
Extra Credit Union strives to help our members as much as possible—and that doesn’t just stop at finances. We appreciate our members and staff, which means helping to keep everyone as healthy as possible, too.
We have always taken pride in continuously keeping our credit union clean and presentable.
Amidst the news of the new coronavirus spreading across various parts of the U.S., and now including Michigan, our staff members are taking extra precautions to keep our credit union as germ free as possible. We have reviewed healthy best practices with our staff, which, among other actions, includes a lot of hand washing and staying home when they are sick.
We kindly ask that our members adhere to the same best practices and perform their banking needs from the comfort of their own home rather than visiting a branch if they are coughing, have a fever or have any other flu/coronavirus-like symptoms to help keep illness at bay.
Luckily, Extra Credit Union has made it easy for our members to bank at home or on-the-go any time of year with the following options:
- eBanking, eBanking Mobile App/eBill Pay
- PAT, our Personal Anytime Teller, is available 24/7 by calling 586.276.3000 and choosing Option 2 … get account balances and history, transfer funds, make a payment and more.
- Our ATMs and thousands of others in the CO-OP Network are available to our members for free, 24/7, which can help with deposits/withdrawls and transfers.
- Our Call Center is available during normal business hours at 586.276.3000 … friendly and knowledgeable staff members can assist by transferring funds between accounts, making a loan payment, and other online banking services.
As always, we are happy to help, so if you have questions, please call us at 586.276.3000 or email email@example.com.Go to main navigation
