Mobile App Issue for Samsung Android 9 Users
New Samsung Android 9 users will receive an error message when logging into their Mobile App, however they can still access their eBanking remotely by logging into the classic site on their mobile device at www.extracreditunion.org.
We have been notified by our vendor that there is a global issue with members trying to access the Mobile App using a new model Samsung phone on Android 9. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our vendor is working to correct this issue for our members and others affected at other credit unions.
