Update: Mobile App Issue for Samsung Android 9 Users

UPDATE: We have great news! We recently received an update and the issue with Samsung Android 9 service has been fixed! If you have been having a problem with the mobile app on your Samsung Android 9 phone, please uninstall the app and re-install the mobile app on your phone. There could be a small wait to receive the PIN code to complete the process (depending on your service carrier), but re-installing the app should fix the issues you’ve been having.
